Schools

Making AI less disruptive in the classroom.

We work so that it stops being a shortcut and becomes a tool again.

AI has entered classrooms faster than schools have been able to absorb it. Homework no longer shows what a student knows, and traditional assessment has lost its reliability.

Teachers do not need more tools; they need judgement to decide when to use them. That is why we start with what students actually do: before training, we measure how your students use AI.

Step one · Diagnosis

Before training, we measure.

An anonymous questionnaire for students tells us which tools they really use and what for. The teacher training is designed with that data.

It comes included with any training. The questionnaire is anonymous, collects no personal data and the results are aggregated by year group and subject.

  1. Anonymous questionnaireStudents say which tools they use, when and for which tasks.
  2. Analysis by stageWe group the results by year group and subject, with no identifiable data.
  3. Feedback to teaching staffWith the aggregated results, we design the teacher training.

Step two · Teacher training

Four blocks, in this order.

First teachers save time; then they understand the tool; only then do they rethink assessment.

  1. Block 1: Saving time

Using AI day to day to win back hours: materials, adaptations, reports and communications.

  2. Block 2: Understanding the machine

How a language model works, what it can and cannot do, why it makes things up and why that matters in a classroom.

  3. Block 3: Exams and plagiarism

Designing tests where AI stops being a shortcut, without turning the classroom into a police state.

  4. Block 4: Your own agents

Assistants to prepare projects, generate exam variants and support marking, with human judgement making the final call.

How we do it

Four formats that combine.

Each school chooses the mix according to its teaching staff, its calendar and what comes out of the diagnosis.

First training

AI Basics

  • 2 to 4 hours
  • Minimum 20 teachers

The first AI training for all teaching staff, in person and using their own materials: a shared starting point for using it with judgement.

Students

AI for Students.

Awareness talks about AI for students in Primary, ESO, Bachillerato and Vocational Training (FP).

We talk with students about what they already do with AI, without lecturing: when it helps them learn and when it saves them precisely what they were supposed to learn.

  • Anonymous questionnaires

Students answer without personal data and the results are aggregated by year group and subject.

  • AI literacy

The training is aligned with Article 4 of the EU AI Act (AI literacy).

Start by finding out what is happening in your school.

Request a diagnosis session. We will explain the questionnaire and how it is used in the training.
